Hi5 is a social networking application that aims to promote appreciation, culture and connectedness within the workforce. It aids team managers to get access to real-time insights about team culture on a dashboard, whereas team members get to use a fun peer-to-peer platform to send their personalised feedback. Hi5 comes loaded with a variety of great reporting features, reflecting the health of work culture in a company. With its two rating systems, namely Goals and Values, managers can rate coworkers based on their performance and respect for the company values. Also, the Recognition Dashboard allows more visibility into employee engagement and recognition. The downloadable reports can be filtered by time period, roles, etc. Besides running pulse surveys, Hi5 also promises recognition insights that can track recognition in the company.
