Qarrot is a recognition software for employees that includes tools for creating campaigns and tracking progress toward goals. It produces downloadable reports that provide a complete insight into people's involvement and engagement. Peer-to-peer recognition, target incentive campaigns, milestone prizes, and a social activity feed are all part of the package. With Qarrot, you can establish award campaigns based on measurable goals and reward top performers with points and badges. On the leaderboard, you'll be able to monitor their progress toward the goals. Employee recognition features such as being able to like, remark on, as well as never forgetting birthdays and anniversaries, enable peer to peer interactions, which leads to a positive workplace environment. You can easily onboard people because it allows you to add them one by one, in bulk, or via a registration link. The admin dashboard allows you to keep track of your program's progress. Additionally, you can keep programme expenditures under control by defining role-based budgets that allow your employees to give a set number of points.
